Our Campus 而且 Community

Located in downtown Denver, CU Denver spans both sides of Speer Boulevard, meaning our students enjoy the best of both worlds. On the west, our university offers wide open green spaces, expansive pedestrian streets, 而且 multi-institutional buildings like the historic Tivoli Student Union 而且 the modern Auraria Library. East of Speer Boulevard, CU Denver features three high-rise buildings in the middle of bustling downtown, walking distance to historic LoDo, the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, 而且 the 16th Street Mall. Our community also includes on-campus student housing—Lynx Crossing Residence Hall 而且 City Heights Residence Hall which is designed specifically for first-year students.

Our campus is convenient for students who live throughout the metro area’s many diverse neighborhoods. Students who work downtown love that we are so close. And students who live north or south of the city along the Front Range Corridor also benefit from our centrally located campus.

Both our shared campus 而且 our downtown location contribute to an inclusive community that fosters respect for diverse students 而且 groups.
